I'm Juliette Green, the "Mumprenuer" (because who says we can't do it all?!). I'm passionate about building more than just houses – I'm building thriving communities and hope for a generation that have given up on this as out of their reach. Over the past decade, I've poured my heart and soul into over $230 million worth of property projects, and let me tell you, these aren't your average cookie-cutter developments. I'm passionate about creating sustainable, community-integrated housing that people can actually afford (because everyone deserves a beautiful place to call home).

I saw a gap in the market – this "missing middle" – and I knew I had to do something about it.  So, I got to work!  From award-winning townhouses (Housing Industry Association awards in 2021 and 2023) to vibrant condos and welcoming community spaces, I'm all about bringing people together.

But here's the thing: I'm not just about bricks and mortar. With my background in economics, and a decade as a Solution Broker serving communities in government, I've got this crazy drive to create spaces that truly make a difference.  Think generational growth, boosted community well-being, and proving that doing good is good for business!

Right now, you can find me making waves across Australia's East Coast and Canada, helping investors create those boutique dream spaces we all desire.  Who says investing can't be stylish and impactful? As the Chair of IGV Housing I am working with an incredible Board of international leaders to reimagine housing construction - faster, better, greener and more affordable homes to reverse the supply crisis. Who says the problem is too big to be solved? I'm here to show the world that it absolutely can.
